AdmiralFanatic, also referred to as AHistoryFanatic, ahfanatic, or AHF, is a Developer for World Conquest, a role he has held during multiple intervals since September 2023. He is one of the most important programmers for the game.
History[]
Joining[]
AHF joined the World Conquest Discord server in December 2020 with little intention of remaining active. However, his involvement eventually increased, leading to his promotion to Initiate Conqueror on January 8, 2022, followed by advancement to Adept Conqueror the next day.
Promotions[]
His interest in the game led to his application and acceptance as an Event Host on May 30, 2022. Subsequently, he joined the Research and Accuracy team within World Conquest Development. After spending approximately four months in Staff Processing, AdmiralFanatic officially became a Trial Moderator on August 7, 2022. He was promoted to Moderator less than a month later, on September 6, 2022.
Early Development[]
Following the October 18th Incident, a series of raiding conducted by many prominent members, significant changes occurred within the development team. AdmiralFanatic was assigned Era Creator and Era Director, overseeing the creation World Conquest Eras.
Developer[]
Introduction[]
During his time as a Moderator, AHF demonstrated his scripting abilities by working on various projects, including the Conquest Coronations. In July of 2023, he successfully passed his Junior Scripter application, receiving tasks from Developer BetterNotDie. He was promoted to Developer on September 18, 2023, alongside Noorullah, during a transitional period following BetterNotDie’s semi-resignation.
April Fools' 2024 Update[]
In preparation for the April Fool's Day event, AHF collaborated with then-Administrator Rasvyet and then-Moderator Biztal to come up with the "World Conquest Pets" update during discussions in the administrator voice chat. This was a joke update, allowing players to earn Conqueror Coins every second, which could then be used to purchase Countryball Pets that followed the player.
Release[]
The update was launched on March 31, just hours before midnight, following thorough bug testing within the Admin voice chat. It was temporarily suspended due to various glitches, such as players earning an unintended 100 coins per second instead of 1, and pets despawning upon player death, which later became implemented as a feature.
Discord[]
The April Fool's event extended into the Discord server, where widespread trolling occured. Numerous @everyone pings were sent, primarily by Owner Marqret, then-Head Administrator GreenFawkes, and AHF. Some users retaliated by adopting funny variations of GreenFawkes’ name. The trolling occasionally escalated to rule-breaking, resulting in several users being muted for excessive staff pings and other infractions.
Honoured and Ban[]

On August 18, 2024, AHF voluntarily resigned from his role as Developer, wanting to step away from development He was subsequently given Honoured Conqueror but declined the offer of a custom role.
Six days later, on August 24, 2024, AHF was banned from World Conquest by Head Administrator Rasvyet. The ban followed the theory that AHF had raided the game’s datastores, allegedly deleting numerous eras and undoing development's work. This was known as the Great Era Swipe.
Administration used "RemoveVersionAsyncThrottle" to prove that AHF deleted the eras. There were many theories about AHF's intentions, including theories that he wanted to focus on his own projects. GreenFawkes, who was part of the situation, was also banned, though his ban was later revoked.
On September 3, 2024, due to the circumstantial nature of the evidence, Marqret lifted AHF’s ban, confirming he was not responsible for the datastore raid. He was forgiven by many members despite having never caused any damage.
Return to Development[]
On October 9, 2024, AHistoryFanatic rejoined the development team, accompanied by Noorullah the following day.[1] He resumed work on creating eras, collaborating primarily with Noorullah and Administrator 5yawn, alongside other contributors. Within a matter of days, he and Noorullah released five eras, driving a significant shift in development practices. During this time, helped in recovering eras lost during the Great Era Swipe, which ended after the last eras were recovered on October 10, 2024, at 5:34 PM[2]. In addition to these efforts, AHF worked to improve the game’s map, adding new features to the Label Tool, and reworking the GUI.
