An Accountability is a report filed against a Staff Member or AVIP holder. They are usually filed against these users because of abuse of power but can be for other reasons. When filing an accountability users will open a new ticket providing their reason and evidence. The process of an accountability can range anywhere from less than 30 minutes to multiple days. Once an accountability has been revied by an Administrator Cadet+, the verdict will be posted in #settlements.
Process[]
Once a user has decided that a Staff Member or AVIP holder has broken a rule(s), either in the Discord Server or the Game, an accountability can be filed against them. It is important to know that an accountability should be your last resort when it comes to situations where a Staff Member or AVIP holder has broken the rules and you should try to resolve the situation beforehand.
If an attempted resolution fails, users musts contact the user that is being reported in direct messages or the server. If no attempt of contact is made then the accountability may be disregarded with only some cases not requiring contact. During the process of an accountability, users must open a ticket and submit their user and who they're reporting. They also must provide a reason along with evidence. Witnesses may also be included with sufficient evidence.
Once the accountability has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a member of Administration, that being anybody who is Administrator Cadet+. The review process may take several days, especially if it filed against an AC+. After it is reviewed the member of Administration will give one of three responses being Accepted, Resolved or Denied/
- Accepted - The accountability is valid and the staff member will be handled with accordingly.
- Resolved - No or little action has been taken as either both sides are in the wrong, the requirements for filing an accountability are not met, or there is insufficient evidence.
- Denied - The staff member is not and fault and the accountability is incorrect.
Sometimes, accountabilities that were filed can be deleted without explanation. This can happen if they are troll accountabilities, the user who filed it is not in the Discord server, or other reasons, such as the accountability being completely false and there being no need to review it. Filing an accountability on a settlement is also prohibited, users may resolve with the Administrator Cadet+.

In April 2025, Administration would decide to make the Accountability channel private for unknown reasons, using a ticket system.
