An Administrator, often referred to as an Admin, occupies the fourth obtainable rank within the World Conquest Staff Team. Administrators are integral members of the Staff Members of World Conquest and are entrusted with a significant degree of authority and responsibility.

Obtaining

To become an Administrator, a staff member must successfully complete the Administrator Cadet phase. This process ensures candidates are thoroughly prepared for every aspect of their responsibilities. Once promoted to Administrator, some may have the opportunity to attain the rank of Head-Administrator, which is the highest position within the Administrative team. However, for most staff members, the rank of Administrator marks the peak of their tenure, as few advance beyond this role.

The position of Administrator is regarded as highly prestigious within the staff team. An Administrator’s word carries weight and commands respect. However, this distinction comes with significant responsibilities, including advising on rules, shaping gameplay, and fostering positive interactions within Discord. Administrators often take on mentorship roles, overseeing and guiding Administrator Cadets to ensure their effectiveness and preparation for future roles.

Should an Administrator resign from this honorable position, they are awarded the title of Honored (or Honoured) Conqueror. This designation acknowledges their dedication and the contributions they made to the community during their tenure.

Administrators are expected to maintain exemplary conduct at all times, setting a positive and professional standard for both staff and the wider community. They must balance being approachable and friendly with upholding professionalism and building a strong, respected image.

In the World Conquest Rank Hierarchy system, Administrators do not hold authority over Developers, who occupy a higher rank. Administrators are responsible for enforcing Staff Rules and previously administered Staff Punishments, such as Label Jacks. They also play a critical role in guiding Administrator Cadets, ensuring they are prepared for the responsibilities of the role they aim to achieve.
