alxmino2016, also known as alx, is an Italian Administrator Cadet and Senior Instructor of World Conquest. He is one of the oldest staff members, serving since July 14, 2024, with his staff team tenure spanning 280 days as of May 9, 2025.

Early History

Beginnings

Alxmino2016 found World Conquest whilst he was browsing through strategic, world roleplay games and came across World Conquest. He then gave the game a try, but was vkicked almost immediately due to him not knowing the rules of the game.

Climbing the Ranks

After alxmino2016 discovered World Conquest and understanding of the rules, he started climbing the ranks, attempting to speedrun to Elite Conqueror. But on October 4, 2020, Alx was demoted to Trained Conqueror.

Staff Tenures

First Staff Tenure

On March 19, 2021, Alx passed INDOC (Staff Processing) and became a Trial Moderator. He was very active within the game, but on around May 2, 2021, He was accused by AgentJobo of faking patrol hours. He was then involved in a huge argument with Jobo, which led to his resignation from Trial Moderator.

Banned

Alx regularly played World Conquest and was active within the game. But on August 31, 2022, He was banished by Marqret for false reporting. On an unknown date between August 31, 2022, and July 25, 2024, he was unbanned.

Second Staff Tenure

On July 25, 2024, Alxmino2016 returned to the staff team as a Trial Moderator after passing INDOC, a staff processing. He was consistently active, and on August 22, 2024, He was promoted to Moderator. He had one of the Longest Lasting Moderator Tenures, but on May 9th, 2025, after showing consistent competence and being exceptional in the staff team, he was promoted to Administrator Cadet and still is to this day.
