Art Contests is a former community channel within the World Conquest Discord, where members can submit and showcase any form of art. Whether it’s realistic scenery, abstract pieces, or beautiful character designs, all types of artwork are welcome. The channel was dissolved on May, 25, 2025.

Submission Period[]
The submission period is from Monday to Friday, and the top three most-voted artworks are announced at the end of the week by an Arts Junior Community Associate (JCA) or Community Associate (CA). Unless there were less than 10 posts that week, the winners receive:
- 1st place: The Arts Medalist role and 250 Robux
- 2nd place: 75 Robux
- 3rd place: 25 Robux
Art Medalist[]
The Arts Medalist role is held by the winner until the next contest, when a new winner is decided. While the channel occasionally offers specific themes for submissions, it is generally open to all types of art, encouraging a diverse range of creative entries.
Discord Server[]
In addition to the channel, Art Contests now has its own Discord server, which has become an official subcommunity for participants. The new server provides an interactive space for artists to connect, share their work, discuss art, and collaborate. It serves as an extension of the main channel, where members can engage with the community in real time, get feedback, and stay up-to-date with contest announcements and results.
Rules[]
These are the currently stated rules for the Arts & Art Contests Channels. Failure to abide by them will lead to action by a JCA or CA of the channel.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, use your artwork.
- Do not come in here to slander art, instead, you can help out the community and provide constructive criticism.
- Avoid controversial icons and artwork for non-educational purposes. You may contact an Art Associate if you need permission to post something that may be somewhat controversial.
- Anyone trying to rig or influence star votes will be muted for 2 days, with an additional blacklist from the art contests channel indefinitely. This also goes along with troll/AI posts, intentional usage of these posts will result in a 2-day mute.
Violating any such rules will result in a harsh punishment.

Creation[]

In April 2024, then-Moderator 5yawn suggested the creation of #art-contests. On April 10, 2024, administration then set up the channel and 5yawn led the channel as the new Community Associate.[1]
On April 15, 2025, JakeLexi10, also known as Pano, became the first Junior Community Assocate (CA) for the channel after being selected by 5yawn.[2] As of 2025, the channel has gone through new CA's and new JCA's, such as wiliiic (Community Associate) and golu29 (Junior Community Associate).
Archived[]
Due to the channel's immense inactivity on May 25, 2025, Art Contests was archived by Daniel_Lorusk.
