CosmicPulsar (Commonly known as D3KTONIC) was a Moderator and Administrator Cadet for World Conquest.
History[]
CosmicPulsar joined World Conquest in October of 2021, played as a guest for the rest of 2021. He then joined the group in March and was a Conqueror. On April 14th, he would join a community training event and passed it, getting Initiate. Later in May 20th he would see Voltray in game on his first patrol, being the first person to be promoted by Voltray. Getting Adept. When he was staff during his first run, he was liked by the community for being one of the most mature and active staff members. Currently he is an Adept Conqueror.
Before Staff[]
CosmicPulsar Before staff was an Adept Conqueror, he was active in the community and played the game a lot as well as chatting in the Discord. Getting semi-known in the community and becoming friends with several prominent members of the community and staff members.
Staff Membership[]
He applied on June 16th and got his application accepted on June 28th. He passed processing and joined the staff team on July 14th. He was already friends with Voltray, and several other staff members. When he joined he was infamous for doing a lot of patrols, around 10 hours in 3 days, and doing the quota within the first day. However, the first day also resulted in his first accountability on the 15th.
He would however occasionally get accountabilities in the early weeks of his membership until he matured and was fairly fit for The Moderator rank.
Not much to add other than he continued doing his quota, continuing to do a lot of patrols and being one of the most active staff in the Discord.
However, he would get exhausted as staff and was fed up with the community. On September 6th he resigned from his position.
Right after resigning, he goes to AHistoryFanatic in-game and requests to be demoted to Initiate. Which would be accepted.
First Ban[]
Right after resigning, CosmicPulsar would then be banned for allegedly justifying NSFW exchange. Although becoming one of the most hated people in the community he was determined to come back, despite many people breaking ties with him and his ban getting rendered unappealable for some time. He would still play the game often, joining events with bitolya in where the infamous "Einstein" picture was taken. Which spread across the community a bit.
CosmicPulsar's Unban and Re-entry in the community[]
On October 6th, 2022 at 4:13 AM PST, his appeal would be accepted by AHistoryFanatic and he would re-enter the Discord server. Where he would be welcomed back by old friends, regular community members, and staff members. Where all hate for him died off.
CosmicPulsar Return to Staff and Controversy[]
Cosmic was accepted back into the World Conquest Staff on 29th of September 2023 by GreenFawkes and was promoted to Administrator Cadet on the 8th of January 2024. Cosmic's time as an Administrator Cadet has been filled with controversy and questions to his competence as an Administrator, commonly known for going into Private Servers and playing as Islamic nations where he is considered by many to abuse his powers and FRP. This has led to him getting 10 accountabilities since his promotion, and possibly more to come, (This does not include accountabilities that he has deleted).
Sack and Banishment[]

On the 18th of May 2024, CosmicPulsar would once more be banned, now for racism, alleged rape threats, and extremism. He had condoned the actions of Hamas, called for the extermination of Sunni Muslims, as well as lost respect from a majority of the community. The sack message and demotion is to the left, and his ban to the right.

After a month of being banned from the World Conquest discord CosmicPulsar was allowed to return appealing to Biztal. However, soon after, it came to light that Cosmic had been streaming the staff Discord to his friends leading to his rebanning this time permanent.
"Girl land" Drama[]
Within World Conquest multiple unofficial friend group chats exist often used to subvert the rules of the community and escape from actions of moderation. One such radical example of this is referred to as "girl land", a group chat formed initially as a safe space for women within World Conquest, however, it quickly turned into a drama-infested chat becoming notorious for being kindling for disputes within the World Conquest Discord. On 7/15/2024 CosmicPulsar sent a picture of his dick within this group chat leading to his removal and a wave of drama within general chat. Subsequently his ban was made unappealable officially with no chance to appeal even to Administration.[1]
Removal of the Hall of Fame[]
Just a few weeks later after the "Girl Land" drama, CosmicPuIsar would be stripped away from the Hall of Fame, being replaced by AbigailBizentolf (Biztal) due to the horrendous actions linked to the person. This would be announced in a update, with AHistoryFanatic (AHF) stating; "Fuck you." [2]
Recent Controversy[]
Currently, Cosmic on top of his already horrendous deeds has been known for sexually harassing Leah, posting porn accounts, ERPing with minors, and jokes about drawing hentai of minors. Cosmic had also flew over to meet Jayana, with their relationship having been strictly online till that situation. In light of the situation based on the "Girl Land Drama", CosmicPuIsar was found to have been in the groupchat and spreading the rumor of his dick posted in WC, with the group having been aware of it and fabricating it for attention seeking purposes. It has been clear that CosmicPuIsar will remain unappealable, both on Discord and on Roblox.
