Introduction
Civollow, DOOONKEH, or Civneau is a former Administrator Cadet and staff member of World Conquest. Civ first became a staff member somewhere in summer of the year 2020, and off the bat was involved in an Admin Abuse incident that almost threatened his staff career. However, he quickly recovered from this. He has been involved in multiple controversies with major figures, which has even led to him raiding the World Conquest Discord Server.
Beginnings
Civ would join World Conquest sometime around Spring of 2020, and would become a staff member in the same batch as other staff member, Lyck. Upon entering the staff team and passing through the Indoctrination Program, he would get himself involved in the first major incident of his staff career.
The Admin Abuse Incident
Civ would abuse his powers and use the :clown command in order to mess around with Lyck. This would see Civ, at the time- DOOONKEH receive multiple accountability reports from major community figures such as Marqret and Oyu_Tomo. DOON would admit his fault, and would receive a punishment as such. Not following down the path of his former pier, Lyck- who would eventually be discharged from the staff team.
Golden Age
DOOONKEH alongside two of his friends, Prestest and now KhudaBek would be promoted to Moderator in the same batch. This would be the first batch of Moderators in quite a while, as it had stagnated after the July 13th Incident. DOON would continue to serve his time as a Moderator, getting his own staff bill introduced and remaining a widely liked figure in the community. Though engaging in multiple controversies with people in the community, such as IPgamer who he would ban during early 2021, he remained relatively calm.
Small Resignation
For reasons not completely publicized, DOON resigned from Moderator during early 2021. He would be an Elite Conqueror for a small period of time, and similar to himself when he was a moderator- would remain out of drama. He would then return only after about 2 weeks however, and would be promoted back to Moderator quickly by Arun having already been trusted. He would also change his name to Civneau around this time. He would still get into small controversies such as his " T-Shirt Rule " and bans on the denial of genocide in the Discord with the staff team and the community.
Administrator Cadet
Civ would continue to serve as a moderator in World Conquest in the time being, and with the help of his friend Prestest would begin to work towards becoming an Administrator Cadet after the removal of the contingent system by Phibun. In August of 2021, Civ would be promoted to Administrator Cadet after a staff election alongside Marqret and Bitolya. He would begin new reforms, and would perform well as an administrator in the time being.
Quick and Unexpected Downfall
The Civollow Raid
Civ would become fed up with the community, after his rules on genocide and his general attempts to fix the community from its very toxic state failed. On August 30th of 2021, during the Week Of Trollage Civ would raid the World Conquest Discord Server. He would prune upwards to 1250 People, and ban every online staff member as his fellow Administrator Cadets couldn't stop him as they were all the same rank. He would be in a voice chat with multiple other community members during this raid. He would also mess around with group roles, and accept everyone into the group by clicking the " Accept All " button on the group join requests page.
Aftermath
Following his raid on the World Conquest Discord Server and having his roles removed by Phibun and later being banned by administration, Civ would announce that he would not be returning to World Conquest- though he would still have alts such as Pokechampion to spy on the general chat and Discord. In order to keep an unbiased approach, I will simply say that it is unknown why he decided to use alts despite wanting to leave the community and disengage with it.
It would then be unknown if Civ had a role during the Prestest Purge in which his friend abused his permissions in order to cleanse self declared retards from the community. Though he was in a voice call with Prestest, so it may be likely that Civ influenced Prestest's decision. Following this, Civ has unfriended almost everyone from WC on his discord and seemingly will not be returning to the World Conquest community at least not for a very long time. Though not completely creditable by what I, the author have seen- Civ may be going to college and it is confirmed that he has a job so it is more unlikely than likely that he will be returning.
Civ has a lasting impact on the community through his Dossier and the time he was a staff member, though he has the staff team firmly against him due to his raid and his dossier being seen as ' unreasonable '. Civ will remain a controversial figure in the World Conquest community, with some people supporting him- and some people being against him.
