Introduction[]
The World Conquest Development team, sometimes referred to as just Development, is a group of many individuals that contribute to updates to eras, and the game itself. This includes fixing bugs resulting from recent or previous updates and changing the game's structure, such as the UI design. In order to join the development team, you must pass Development Applications, announced in the Applications channel. There are 3 relevant roles in the development team of World Conquest: Developers, Development Assistant and Development Contributors.

The Development Contributors are representatives of individuals who proved to be highly trusted and continuously active regarding the development group, which turned them into an integral part of the entire process of development as a whole. Their role stands very important because it serves as a bridge between the community and the members of the development, being very active in both directions. Their main tasks also include problem-solving or addressing concerns pointed out either by the community or other members of the development team. Additionally, they share and teach development techniques, thus helping to raise others' skills and knowledge, especially through mentoring and teaching new team members how to integrate into the development process.

These contributors have earned their position through dedication, precision, and reliability. Among other things, they oversee the development of new eras; every era should be accurate and ready for publication in the game. They Are supposed to go through all the eras submitted by the community without any bias in their quality. Their impartial judgement and attention to detail are key in maintaining the integrity of the content of the game.
Being the majority in the Development Team, the Development Contributors play one of the most important roles in the whole process. Considering that they handle such wide-ranging development and review of eras to ensure that what goes on becomes correct and appropriate for the game, thus they are very valuable in maintaining continued success and growth within the game.
The Development Contributors handle the following five roles: Alternate History & Custom Eras, Borders & Labelling Management, and Era Development. These Sectors are Led and managed by Era Assistants together. Inside the World Conquest Development team, Biztal, holds the most crucial position in the development process. Biztal ensures the coordination of historical era development and their addition into the game. They set deadlines for individuals responsible for specific era developments and proactively address issues among Development members, making Era Development the most active department within World Conquest Development.

Development Assistants[]
Introduction[]
Development Assistants are a relatively minor number within the ranks of the Development Team, coming back to the creation of new eras and its development almost at the core. They are responsible for several vital functions that help in the smooth running and evolution of development. One of their most important responsibilities is the administration of the coordination of activities between the Development Contributors. This entails managing the activities of various contributors and even reviewing own eras to ensure that there is participation from every contributor who embarks on reviewing eras devoid of any biases towards any submission.

Among other coordination roles, Development Assistants are in charge of the organization of Development Sessions that have been perceived to be an orderly way of enabling interaction within team members. Organizing these sessions aids to ensure that set deadlines for completing ready or ongoing eras are met. The Era Assistants’ works are crucial to the successful development of these eras within the set time-frame by ensuring that the team is on track after administering rations as needed. They help stave off scatted efforts within the team while working in their area of influence to help further the development process without breaching the captains’ expectations for the overall development fairly.
