Background
Phibun's Formal Removal of AgentJobo from his position as Vice-Chairman
The August 26th Incident is the name for the sacking of AgentJobo from his position as Vice-Chairman on August 26th, 2021. This occurred after several weeks of buildup and arguing between Phibunsongkhram and AgentJobo, eventually boiling to Phibun formally sacking Jobo.
Prelude
AgentJobo, prior to his sacking, had been engaging in a "cult" known as "The Cause". "The Cause" was a mini-cult which consisted of the World Conquest Staff Team, justifying various mutes with the use of "The Cause", and even replicating it within World Conquest in which he, alongside several staff members, logged on to the same World Conquest Group Deluxe server and couped various nations in the name of "The Cause"
Phibunsongkhram was discontent with this, believing that AgentJobo should act more professional and act within the games rules as Vice-Chairman. It began with Phibun muting Jobo for bypassing, with Jobo using dancing letter gifs in order to bypass banned words and encouraging others to join in. Phibun muted him within the "Chairman's Mute of Trollage", which was disguised as a troll mute, but was really Phibun cracking down on Jobo. Jobo had also approached former Admin Cadet "Civollow" to bypass on his behalf.
AgentJobo, being unhappy with Phibun's crackdown, engaged in an argument in which Jobo stated that "I'm going to continuously break server rules" and claiming that Phibun had "turned the group into a borefest", unhappy that he had lost his privileges of basically doing whatever he wanted without punishment.
August 26th, 2021
AgentJobo, after he had been unmuted by the automod as his mute duration had expired, immediately "mulls" over his mute, stating that "We used to be able to say nxgger all the time" and complaining about how the community is dying.
Following this, he deliberately broke several more server rules, including 1.5 Channel Misuse (communicating with ein#0002 through the Server Boost, Event-Announcements, and Applications channels), 1.6 Bypassing (obvious), and 3.8 Misuse of Admin (deliberately muting individuals for no reason). AgentJobo, after this mute, immediately complained and claimed "If you're going to mute me you may as well sack me", while gathering users to bypass and spam the server, effectively inciting a raid.
After Jobo had effectively incited a raid, Phibun cracked down and formally removed him from his position as Vice-Chairman, creating mass paranoia and a scandal over it, having Phibun release a dossier explaining his actions. AgentJobo's response was to directly raid World Conquest Deluxe public servers, with users (primarily guests) being equipped with "Timmy Guns" and Swords to defend against Tyranny, while he godded himself and Sgtxlord who was in a call with him at the time, but did not engage in the raid. AgentJobo was formally banned from World Conquest shortly after.
Aftermath
The Aftermath of Jobo's formal removal from power was the vast paranoia within the community, and also was a direct cause of the events which transpired during the Week of Trollage, in which 3 staff members (Admin Cadet Civollow, Discord Moderator Prestest, and Trial Moderator VonKelsing), raided / sabotaged the server for their own goals.
