TravelZap was an active and former Administrator in World Conquest. He was known for patrolling Public and mentoring others, which has inspired some trial moderators to follow in his footsteps.
Background[]
Zap took it upon himself to patrol Public and was highly successful in doing so, as the team at the time mostly focused on patrolling Group WC. He reintroduced trainings and occasional events to support Public in the long run and inspire many Public players to play alongside him or become peers.
His perseverance in ending multiple raids, catching alts, and carefully helping new players was well-received and made him popular among Public players. Although he is now less active in Public due to personal reasons and priorities, his legacy lives on as new trial moderators and moderators have taken on his former activities in Public.

Week of Events[]
With the arrival of new T-mods who were interested in playing Public, Travel and a group of his peers did the initiative for a full week of events, ranging from Public to Group. This officially lasted from January 24 to January 31, 2022.
The resulting feedback was up and down in terms of success, but the result was a definite boost in activity for players and staff alike - receiving wide-spread support from newer players who were fond of such a initiative.
Zap Cult[]
The Zap Cult started as a joke led by Xanderk7 and a few others in which they changed their names to (Something)Zap during a discussion in the #conquest channel.
This led to multiple people copying and pasting a paragraph in support of TravelZap. However, the group soon began to spam and troll in the name of Zap, which he remained neutral about.
Eventually, TravelZap had to step in and put an end to this behavior. Some people still retain the nickname "Zap" in their Discord usernames to this day, such as rcgenesis1.
Promotion to Administrator and his leave from World Conquest.[]
On December 12th, 2022, TravelZap was promoted to Administrator, the same day that GreenFawkes, mastermalithepro and NicolasWellesley were promoted to Administrator Cadet.
TravelZap would leave the World Conquest Discord and community on August 19th, 2023, for unspecified reasonings. His last message was "I'm coming back 🙂" at 18:55 GMT. Shortly after this message, he would leave the Discord and the group.
