The World Conquest Wiki Staff Team is a group of editors that are responsible for editing and moderating the wiki. They help enforce the rules and keep wiki updated. This article provides a list of our staff members and the history of our wiki.

Chief Wiki Editor
The Chief Wiki Editor is the highest obtainable rank inside the wiki. They oversee operations of the wiki and are given the Bureaucrat role. They have the ability to promote/demote anyone aside from other Bureaucrats (This doesn't matter though considering there is only one Chief Wiki Editor).

Deputy Wiki Editor
Deputy Wiki Editors have similar powers to the Chief Wiki Editor. They are given the Administrator role and are able to Promote/Demote users along with other Administrative actions. If the Chief Wiki Editor were to resign from their position, one of the Deputy Wiki Editors would succeed.

Senior Wiki Editor
Senior Wiki Editors tend to be more experienced than Wiki Editors and are usually tasked with bigger assignments. They are granted the same roles a regular Wiki Editors, those being Content Moderator and Thread Moderator.

Wiki Editors are trusted users who are granted the role of Content Moderator. They regularly edit the wiki and make the bulk of editors (However this is inaccurate as of 3 June).

Junior Wiki Editor
Junior Wiki Editors are users who have just got accepted into the wiki staff team. They are given the role of Thread Moderator and usually stay in this position for a while before being promoted to Wiki Editor.

Wiki Staff Advisory is a role given to trustworthy people, especially retired editors and administration. They help assist the wiki team however are not directly part of the staff team.

History
Foundation
On May 7, 2024, applications for the "Junior Wiki Editor" role opened. There was no prior announcement concerning this, and few people applied. Initially, the Wiki Staff Team had 3 ranks: Junior Wiki Editor, Wiki Editor, and Chief Wiki Editor, all in order of power. The "Wiki Staff" role was also present in order to group all the members.
- Junior Wiki Editor: These were the newest and lowest members, immediately receiving this role after passing the applications. There was no training process, and this role was eventually removed.
- Wiki Editor: Individuals who had done their job well would be promoted to Wiki Editor, gaining the ability to commission assignments.
- Chief Wiki Editor: This role has complete authority over the team. Biztal had this role up until the scandal on October 6,
Biztal Era
Subsequently, Biztal was placed as the head of the Wiki, and operations began on the same day. The Wiki Team quickly began to slowly grow as Editor applications were released monthly. Editor payments were considered but only a few were given out.
Biztal transitioned their personal project, the World Conquest Eras page, into a collaborative page on May 23, 2024. Many of the Wiki Editors were slacking off on the first days, and the project remained incomplete until a community member had filled it out with AI-Generated content. Initially, the team decided to move on, however the AI was phased out after an editor was instructed to humanize it.
On June 16, 2024, Biztal appointed a new Wiki Editor, Bobel, in order to help with assignments. Biztal gradually continued to get more uninvolved with the Wiki, occasionally making an appearance every few weeks. Around a month later, on July 22, 2024, Bobel would be promoted to Chief Wiki Editor. ShaceDaily who had been in the team for quite some time, would be promoted to Wiki Editor. They were both given Robux payments of 500R each.
In an attempt to lessen the amount of irrelevant people who were getting a page, Biztal established Wiki Page Requirements on August 4, 2024. The requirements were:
Meets at least one of these:
- Moderator for 3 months (after December 2023)
- Development (non-DA) for 1 year
- Development Assistant for 3 months
- Administrator (all time)
- Influenced significant change within WC (Since 2020)
Even though the requirements were made official, there were still pages being made that didn't meet them. Additionally, they were poorly enforced during Biztal's era and were only dealt with in Bobel's era. Later that month, on August 31, 2024, Tikititoy was promoted to Wiki Editor by Bobel, giving him the ability to commission assignments.
On September 1, 2024, Biztal reorganized the Rank structure. Additionally, Wiki Editors would be given a role in the main World Conquest Discord, acting as a badge of legitimacy when interviews were conducted. Around this time, there were also talks of creating an entirely new World Conquest Wiki, under the argument that it was somewhat chaotic and decentralized. Eventually, it concluded that it needed to be saved.
Bobel Era
After Biztal's controversy, on October 6, 2024, Bobel would be crowned as the Chief Wiki Editor. One of Bobel's first executive decisions was placing new requirements for a page on October 14. The requirements are now the following:
Meets at least one of these:
- 1. Moderator (excluding t-mod) for 3 months (after December 2023)
- 2. Development (non DA) for 6 months.
- 3. DA for 3 months.
- 4. Administrator, Scripter, Developer (all time.)
- 5. Has influenced significant change within WC (all time.)
- 6. Actual Important events unless told otherwise by myself or 5yawn.
- 7. Legendary for 6 months.
What does not count
- 1. A person in constant drama.
- 2. No long lasting contributions
- 3. Active on discord.
Tikititoy-ShaceDaily Era
Bobel would place Tikititoy and ShaceDaily in charge of assignments until December, on October 29, 2024. ShaceDaily remained somewhat inactive due to exams, which he was promptly excused for, and assignments were postponed for a week as the deadline had been missed tremendously. The deadline for assignments had also gradually shifted from Monday to Sunday.
Tikititoy gained Wiki Administrator rights in late November, and began a series of changes that transformed the wiki into its current state, with the revamp of the home page, UI, and much more, including multiple new page series and a cleanup of spam pages.
On February 27, 2025, emergency powers of the Chief Wiki Editor were transferred to Tikititoy, as Bobel had gone on a prolonged inactivity notice.
Tikititoy Era
On May 23rd, 2025, Tikititoy would be promoted to Chief Wiki Editor, alongside wiliiic's promotion to Deputy Wiki Editor. He would be ranked due to Bobel's unfortunate resignation from the Wiki Staff Team. Tikititoy would implement a series of changes, such as the wiki server becoming an active subcommunity.
